HE insisted to GIFT us $3k - here's how to do it:
You have a fan who is warm and active. You pitch him, and he says „maybe later.“ So the chatter pushes harder, tweaks the wording, adds a bit of urgency, and the fan cools off. Most people think sales in chatting is about asking better. Better closing lines, better timing, better scripts. But anything you pitch gets evaluated. The fan weighs it, looks for reasons, and „maybe later“ is the easiest one to find. Here is what a sale looks like when nobody pitches. One of our big spenders put 3 thousand dollars into a Cartier piece for one of our creators, spread over several days. The sale itself happened weeks earlier. She sent him casual photos, and one was taken outside a Cartier store with that exact piece visible in the window. She said nothing about it. Weeks later her birthday came up and he asked what she would want. She didn’t name a product. She said she wanted something that makes her feel connected to him all the time. He came back with: „I’m going to get you that Cartier piece, the one you showed me.“ He thought it was his own idea, so he treated it as a generous decision he made. When someone reaches a conclusion himself, he doesn’t question it. He defends it. He also handles his own objections, because he wants it to be true. That only works when the moment feels real, which is why patience and preparation matter more than any closing line. I saw the same mechanic when I got scammed for 50 dollars. The guy never asked me for anything. Every step felt like my own idea. How to apply it: 1. Decide the outcome weeks ahead. Pick the gift, the custom or the big spend you want this fan to land on eventually. 2. Plant it in a normal moment. Have the creator send a casual photo with the item visible, like outside a store or in a place that fits her life. No caption that points at it. 3. Say nothing about it. No hint, no „look what I saw.“ The seed only works if it looks accidental. 4. Wait for a natural occasion, like a birthday, a milestone or a rough week. Don’t force one.

Find your real bottleneck before you scale anything
You know your agency should be bigger, so you do whatever feels like progress. You test ads, you sign more creators, you tell the team to perform better. Weeks later the numbers look exactly the same. The common belief is that growth comes from doing more things. I think the problem is that most owners never diagnosed what is actually capping them. They work on whichever problem feels more exciting, and a feeling is not a diagnosis. I've consulted agencies on their way from nothing to 100k and some going toward a million a month. The owners stuck at 100k usually work more hours than the ones further up, and they spend those hours fixing whatever breaks. I did the same for years. I was one of the best chatters in the industry, so I jumped into every hard conversation myself. What I built was an agency that couldn't survive a single day without me. This matters because every business has one of two problems. Either you can't get enough clients, or you can't properly serve the ones you have. If it's fulfillment, more creators make things worse. If it's acquisition, polishing delivery wastes your time. Once your process is written down you also get numbers instead of a gut feeling, and numbers show you where the money leaks. How to apply it: 1. Ask yourself: could we handle double the creators tomorrow at the same quality? It takes ten seconds. If yes, your bottleneck is acquisition. If no, it's fulfillment. 2. If it's fulfillment, pause signing new creators until the delivery side holds up. 3. If it's acquisition, don't open a new channel by default. Nine times out of ten the better move is more and better of what already works. If your creators come from organic content, fix and scale that process instead of starting ads because it feels like progress. 4. Write down your entire process, every single step, from the idea for a video to the video being live. 5. Block one full day and watch how each step is actually done by the person doing it. Don't jump in to fix things while you watch.

How to increase chatting revenue (EASY) One Chatting Metric That Changes Everything
I've been asked often what is the most important metric to track. So here it is. Fixing it is how you can double your chatting revenue. The metric is average reply time - the time between a fan's message and your chatter's reply. Most agencies obsess over scripts and pricing while completely ignoring this number, and it's costing them more than everything else combined. Here is what most agencies don't understand: fans are online with 5-10 other creator chats open at the same time. Every minute your chatter doesn't reply, the fan is already talking to someone else. The first reply captures the attention, and everyone else ends up talking to a fan who already moved on emotionally. The numbers: My chatting agency took over an account where the previous team averaged 4-5 minutes seconds reply time. Nobody had ever looked at that number. Revenue was flat for months before they handed over their accounts to us. So we changed one thing immediately -> 90-second reply time benchmark across every shift. Revenue went up 50% in 30 days. Same fans but chatting with speed and efficiency. How to implement this today: - Measure your baseline first. Pull the data from your CRM. Most owners guess their team replies within 1-2 minutes, but reality is usually 4-6. You cannot fix what you don't measure. - Set the 90-second standard. This is not a goal your team works toward, it's the line everyone knows they have to hit. - Track it per chatter in every shift, not as a team average. Averages hide your weakest chatters, individual numbers create individual accountability. - Review it weekly. Chatters who consistently hit it get recognized, chatters who don't get retrained or replaced asap.(We have Ai tracking all of that for us by now) - Put systems in place that allow FAST and efficient workflows for your chatters. They should not have any extra tasks while chatting. Focus is what wins here. Why this works: The fastest reply doesn't just win the sale, it wins the attention. You are in constant competition with at least 30 other creators in their DMs that want their money as much as you want.
