A little bit about me:

I am a full-time psychotherapist. I work with teens and adults, mostly women. I'm specialized in ADHD, trauma recovery - EMDR, personality disorders, and toxic abuse.

I am a late diagnosed ADHDer. Empty-nester - going on 2 years. I am from the East Coast of Canada. I've lived in the US since 1993.

I run 2 Skool communities:

One for adults with ADHD, where I teach a system I developed on how to navigate ADHD. This system is based on my lived experience as well as my clinical experience. I started this community for many reasons, the biggest one being to counter how much misinformation there is on ADHD and to bring real strategies people can use to better manage ADHD. I teach the "why" behind the behavior.

Second community is for women who choose to be un-partnered or who choose a solo lifestyle. This is a baby community - only 6 members right now. My vision is to make it a hub for connection and resources. I have the classroom set up so that women can post in the community and I will tag it to the appropriate category in the classroom. For example, one member posted information on Work-Away programs, so that is in the Travel and Adventure section. The resources will grow and the community grows. I am excited for the future of this space. Women supporting women.

posted about it in her community and when I read the her post and the About page....I knew I found my people.

I get so frustrated with all the gurus saying do this and don't do that. I tried to follow their methods and they did not feel good to me. I felt bad doing them. I am member centered and heart led. While I do want to make money, and my long term goal is to be a digital nomad, I don't want to feel icky while doing it.

I am excited to be here and to learn from like-minded business owners!
