I started building my Skool community for navigating ADHD in October 2025. I joined the communities that were suppose to help me go from zero to profit, etc etc etc. It was too much information and too much to do. Every community I joined on how to run a successful Skool had different advice. Plus, I started my community with no cash up front, so it's not like I could afford the Premium and VIP plans for every guru saying this is what I should be doing. 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀....all their methods feel manipulative to me and that's not my vibe at all. My goal is to make the lives of people with ADHD better. I started using AI (Claude mostly) to develop a business blueprint. Claude explained to me step by step what I needed to do. Tech stacks, website, lead magnets, CTA. Claude's been my personal business coach for a few months. Claude answers all the questions and brainstorms with me. Walked me through tech trouble shooting. Claude's there, waiting, when 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲. Having ADHD - I need a 24/7 thought partner. Someone who is there when 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮 and I need to brainstorm it. My progress over the last few months is accelerated because I am not spending hours researching it on my own - it's at my fingertips. I've attached 2 artifacts that I've made with Claude. One is the generic version of my Community Builder Guide (my business blue print) and the other is a lead magnet archetype quiz. The community builder guide is for ADHD brains in mind. It's not perfect and I am always refining it. I catch mistakes as I am using it. If I hit any friction using it, I will have Claude change that friction point, because if it's hard for me to use then it will be hard for another person with ADHD to use. What goes in Premium and what is Free? I created a program based on my clinical experience as a therapist and my lived experience. I took what I do in therapy and "put it on paper." The program works - that is not the issue. Where I am struggling - my ethics, morals, and character vs the desire to make money. I've been told that I need to lock down my classroom, lock down my program, and make it all premium. I currently have 4 courses and in May will be starting a new one. Right now, my main program is free. I want members to use it. I charge Premium for anything that is a direct interaction with me: weekly body doubling, weekly live group coaching, and monthly Doom Pile sessions. So my question is: Do I lock down my classroom and make it all premium? Do I continue to do what feels good to me? I don't know. I waver on this all the time.

And even if you don't, actually... It's got some brilliant features I don't know how I managed without for so long. It's very clear to see this started as a passion project, and this is a 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 (Look at me using bold with CTRL &B 🙌) of how if you just do your thing that sparks joy, to solve and serve, and SHARE THE VALUE you don't need to worry about the money! This is going to be the most used Skool extension. I would place a large amount of money on that, and because Marco Berlin has added so much value, people will want to support him, and this will enable him to solve even bigger problems, and in turn compound his success I have literally just installed it and I am sooo excited to have been told about this by @Dar Brown and I'm really looking forward to using it and recommending it to everyone I know with a Skool community. As a developer myself, I can see that a lot of effort has been made to make this super user friendly and that it is a solid well thought out app, rather than a half-baked one. The User interface is, well, user friendly for non technical people which a lot of techy devs sometimes miss. And the best part... there is no 7 day trail, or limitations. You can just do all the things that should be native on skool, like bold text in your posts so so so so so much more, and he's still going!! I can't wait to see how this develops!
