What got us to this point. Won’t be what gets is to the next level.
We’ll have to do a little more and do it a little differently.
So. For me. I’m going to track all 3 macros (not just protein intake) precisely for the next 90 days.
Adding in 20 mins of cardio for 20 mins. a day made a huge difference.
