Hi Everyone, you should all have received your personal dashboard link from me now.
If I have missed you, I promise it is not personal, that was just a lot of duplicating, renaming, updating and copying and pasting for my tiny mind 😄
If anyone has any questions, problems, queries etc please do get in touch.
As far as the check-ins go - Remember it is ok to take a minimal approach for the first week or two if you want to bed things in, just answer the questions you are comfortable with, leave the others blank.
