Programme Live
Hi Everyone, hope you are well. Looking forward to formally kicking things off tomorrow. I've published the first few videos today. You'll find everything under the Classroom Tab at the top, then 'The ST3 Method' course below it. First three videos cover; - Welcome / intro - what this is / isn't etc - The Foundation for All - this is everyone's starting point for the nutrition setup / structure we're going to follow - Further Nutrition Setup - this is for those confident to go deeper from the start. This will introduce the 'rules' around nutrition we'll follow through the plan Some of this might seem brain achingly obvious, some might seem strange. All I ask is you stick with me through this process. I genuinely believe you'll get a tonne of benefit once this all clicks in. I appreciate there is a lot of information there, but tomorrow is day 1, you don't have to nail it all straight off the bat. Do what you are comfortable with now and we'll step through things together. I've had a small issue with the video about setting yourself up and selecting workouts etc but I should still have that up today, so you can get gong with workouts this week. If there is anything that doesn't make sense / needs clarifying please let me know. Finally I'll be sending you a DM through tomorrow with a link to your personal dashboard / check-in. You'll just need to open it and to make it easier, bookmark on your phone / device. Thanks, Stuart

@Danny Alder yes, I’ll have a look mate. The simplest solution is if I just remove the (lbs) from the question, it actually doesn’t display the measurement on the dashboard, it’s just a number. If I did that the onus would be on you all to stay consistent with what you input in terms of lbs & kgs. You’re actually free to enter either now really, but I’ll look to clean up the labelling to avoid confusion (hopefully) I don’t know if stone would work as it would need either 2 numbers or a decimal which is hard if you are, for example 13 stone 12lb - that might break the calculation, if that makes sense?

@Danny Alder changed your check-in form so it says kg now 😄 Do you want me to clear out the weigh in you've done so it is a clean start tomorrow? - Can keep all your other entries there and just remove the weight.
Progress Trackers / Dashboards / Check in Links
Hi Everyone, you should all have received your personal dashboard link from me now. If I have missed you, I promise it is not personal, that was just a lot of duplicating, renaming, updating and copying and pasting for my tiny mind 😄 If anyone has any questions, problems, queries etc please do get in touch. As far as the check-ins go - Remember it is ok to take a minimal approach for the first week or two if you want to bed things in, just answer the questions you are comfortable with, leave the others blank. Look forward to seeing everyone check in!

Welcome
Hi, thanks for being here, it's good to have you along. We're just getting everything setup to kick-off the first ever run of The ST3 Method from 1st June. I'll be adding lots of additional resources over the coming days so keep your eyes open for that. In the meantime, if you feel comfortable to do so, do a quick post to introduce yourself and what you'd like to get out of being a member of this group. Thanks, Stuart

@Vanessa Grice yes indeed and I think starting from a more minimalist approach can do wonders for consistency as well. If you try and race ahead and change everything all at once there’s every chance that overwhelm sets in. Start small, build on things as they become habit and you’ll find that progress becomes easier!
Getting the most out of this group
Ok, first thing first, the primary responsibility for you all benefiting from this group sits with me and the content, guidance etc. that I provide. So don't worry, I'm not shirking anything 😁 But here is a few things that you guys, as members can do to make this is valuable as possible. 1️⃣ - Ask questions Do this by starting a new topic, or responding to other posts, things like that. There are probably going to be a lot of times over the coming weeks where you might have a thought, need something clarifying or just want some guidance. There is every chance someone else will be feeling the same. By asking, and having open discussions everyone will benefit. Also, if there is something you'd like to ask but you're not comfortable sharing, just DM me in the chat function. I'm happy to answer any questions directly. If appropriate, and with permission I'll share the question with the wider group in an anonymised way. 2️⃣- Let me know if something, anything doesn't make sense, or doesn't work. I'll work to clear any issues up as quicky as possible 3️⃣- Invite others If you know anyone else who might be interested, or might benefit, bring them in. The more this grows, the more experiences the wider group can benefit from. Thanks all - appreciate you all being here and thanks for the input and contribution so far

Finding your way around
Just a quick one so you’ll know how to find everything when we kick off. Everything on the group programme will be under the Classroom link in the menu at the top. The content will be under “The ST3 Method”, catchy I know 😀 I’ll also be adding further content and resources in the Classroom space. I’ve started adding a few bits under “Tools & Resources” , so feel free to have a poke around there. There’s plenty more to come, but as always if there is anything you’d like to see, just let me know
