Age is an AGEnda and OLD AGE is accepting degeneration. OLD AGE is a degenerative dis-ease manifesting as inflammation, dehydration, acidosis and toxication.
Avoid getting old by drinking water each time you sense hunger, because hunger is the call for water not food, as we were programmed to accept as true.
Eat naturally, avoid fried foods and eat cooked food in small portions. Say no to meat and dairy products. Fast at least once a week. Detox regularly. Exercise and stretch. Drink herbal teas daily as they act as a preventative as well as a nutritive.
Avoid stress like the plague and live in nature if you can. Stay away from self-destructive beings and focus on healing and freeing yourself from all forms of control systems.
Stay in control of your reality and take charge of your existence.
