Self Healing with Reiki Energy, even without training
I believe we can all access the healing powers that are the essence of Reiki healing, even without formal training. I'm sure there are some who will disagree, as Reiki was once closely guarded in some traditions and even today, Western Reiki requires formal training through the 3 levels and attunement process to Reiki Master. I, however, stepped into the energies of Reiki in a different way, naive girl that I was😉, and it was a pretty magical experience.
