During my meditation I asked my mom to show me where a cat toy was in my house as proof this is not my imagination. My first hit was a spiral toy under my coffee bar but I felt I was kind of controlling my thoughts a bit. Then the second hit was a round pom pom ball purple green or blue under my bed. Sure enough a purple pom pom was under my bed. I had my husband check for me after him seeing my notes. I always get him to witness everything..... She then made me think of me singing one of her favorite songs "Jolene" then asked me to sing it for her today. Then she gave me my brothers name and I sensed she was with my grandma (her mother in law) she showed me an image of my grandma's bible and made a reference of page 36. I had given that Bible to my brother when our parents died when clearing their home. My relationship with my brother has been strained since their death and I can't ask him to see that page right now. So I asked my guides to help me remember what it looked like since I used to look at the illustrations in it when I was a child and there it stood out in Google and I remembered the cover. I found a listing of one for sale ebay and as I scrolled down on the listing check out the name of the owner of the store. It's "Jolene" !!! I can't wait to read page 36.

I have been practicing and meditating since Sept 2024. Yesterday morning I felt a cool breeze on my arm while laying in bed as I was waking up so I thought to turn off my dyson fan but then realized I had already turned it off earlier when my husband got up. It's the first time I ever turn off the fan before getting up. I don't normally ever turn it off and stay in bed. Later in my meditation I asked my guides to help me figure out who it was. I asked to be shown sometime that same day a fox if it was my dad because he always sends me foxes since his passing in 2020 or a hummingbird if it was my mom since she sent me humming birds as she was sedated just before her passing in 2023. If it was neither of them then please send me a white feather. This picture video showed up later in my FB feeds. A few days ago I had an amazing connection with my parents for the first time. It was a whole conversation. It was so amazing! It turned on like a switch. They acknowledged things going on in my life and I asked what it was like over there and my dad replied "It's just wonderful there are flowers all over here for mom". Just as he would have said it in his human form. I had asked my dad why my mom wasn't talking or sending me any signs. He said she was still learning to do all this. wow just wow. Then I find your courses here and this community and I click on the journal link that you have posted Jackie and the journal has a fox on it. Also my mother's name was Jackie lol I guess I am in the right community.

I got a tiny wooden box, put 3 little empty papers in it and a pencil (because crayons will leave a mark on the paper as soon as they touch it). Also i put a rubber band around the wooden box and set the intention spirit should use the pencil and papers inside the box to leave me a message which is important to know right now. I put this box upon a high shelf- till we open it up. So i used a star-printed rubber band just that the spirit world will find the box easily ☆☆☆♡☆♡☆♡☆☆☆

Recently, I have been very attracted to crystals and was wondering if they have the power to assist with mediumship and healing. I am not very knowledgeable about crystals, but from what I read, it seems that they do assist with both. Which leads me to the question of which crystals are best for mediumship and healing?
