Experiment
I got a tiny wooden box, put 3 little empty papers in it and a pencil (because crayons will leave a mark on the paper as soon as they touch it).
Also i put a rubber band around the wooden box and set the intention spirit should use the pencil and papers inside the box to leave me a message which is important to know right now. I put this box upon a high shelf- till we open it up.
So i used a star-printed rubber band just that the spirit world will find the box easily
