Wow these 3 days have been very impactful and powerful. I've been in a coaching program for 5 years and I see there's so much more to learn...actually I realize it's time to go deeper. I love your teaching style Dr Sonja. A little intimidating but straight forward...just enough to get me out of my comfort zone. That you for your commitment to teach, coach, guide and share your wisdom. Now it's time for me to do the work! But before I post, I wasn't clear on the homework for today (day 3).
