Thank you, Dr. Sonja and GAME! I haven't had many questions because I can see that we are collectively engaging with exactly what Dr. Sonja is teaching us. Here’s my biggest takeaway from last night: Dr. Sonja is giving one of her signature talks while simultaneously demonstrating how the offer ladder works. General participants are receiving invaluable information, as we all are, but there is a difference in the level of access and implementation. VIP is still Level 1, but we are getting to experience what it looks like to move beyond information and into implementation—the kind of partnership and support that Level 2 coaching provides. And that made me ask myself a question that I want to share with everyone: Are we going to become the client who says no because of fear around the cost, doubt about whether we can actually do it, lack of readiness, competing priorities, or all of the other reasons that have kept us stuck this long? Because didn't we come here looking for a solution? WE ARE BEING COACHED UP RIGHT NOW. Dr. Sonja is showing us how it's done by having us actually DO it. We've identified our problems. We've identified what's keeping us stuck. And here's what I'm realizing: -If you're lost and don't know what to do next—you may be stuck. -If you're working hard but not achieving the goals you set—you may be stuck. -If you've been consuming information but haven't been able to consistently implement it—you may be stuck. Being stuck doesn't mean you're incapable. It means the strategy, support, or accountability you've been using isn't getting you where you want to go. And sometimes, getting unstuck requires a leader, a partner, or a coach who can see what you can't see and help you navigate the path. That's the value I'm seeing. I've spent a LOT of time learning on my own. Books. Podcasts. Certifications. Workshops. Conferences. Education. But last night really reinforced something I've been thinking about: Information isn't my problem anymore. Implementation is.
