My biggest break through for day 3 was the 4 categories or types of people: urchins, whales, dolphins and sharks. Wow, I never heard of these types of characteristics before. And it makes sense, that you can't talk to all people the same way. Uhmmm...so my question would be how do you distinquish them within a large group of people? Thank you Dr Sonja!

Wow these 3 days have been very impactful and powerful. I've been in a coaching program for 5 years and I see there's so much more to learn...actually I realize it's time to go deeper. I love your teaching style Dr Sonja. A little intimidating but straight forward...just enough to get me out of my comfort zone. That you for your commitment to teach, coach, guide and share your wisdom. Now it's time for me to do the work! But before I post, I wasn't clear on the homework for today (day 3). Today was an eye opener. I've been speaking for a few years here and there, and just started to get paid, and definitely paid to speak, but what Dr Sonja is talking about is different, but I was glad to get any payment as I thought I'm on my way...but knowing this would not sustain my business. I especially liked how she talked about the spiritual aspect of why we have been drawn to her for such a time as this...the 3 P's (pain, pattern & pathway) and our why!!! in participating in her bootcamp...it's a calling to get our message out there...just good stuff!
