Getting better
Yo what’s up guys. I didn’t really introduce myself but I’m Gabe, I’m a full time EMT and Part time ER Tech working 12hr night shifts (5pm-5am) about 3-5 days a week give or take. Over the past year I have noticed pretty much everything about my health (mental, physical, spiritual) has decline greatly. I just want to get better honestly lol. Hopefully one day I’ll be big and buff like Omar šŸ˜‚ but right now I’m very disappointed with who I see in the mirror nowadays and I’m really looking to just get better in all aspects. I wanna lose all this fat, I wanna be happier, I want to want to be active and outgoing again. Any and all tips, advice, and guidance is welcome I’m pretty open minded and excited to become a better me!
