Environment
College Students...
If you can't explain what environment you need to be productive — you don't know yourself well enough yet. And that's okay. That's what college is partly for. Finding where you thrive. Finding where consistency becomes possible. Because one day a manager, a teammate, or a collaborator is going to need to know how to work with you. And the students who can clearly articulate that — they show up differently. Figure out your environment now so you can communicate it later.
