Monitor breath: use rhythmic breathing, repetitive motions in the garden such as digging and planting etc.
Physical scan: Know what areas of tension within your body and try to release them while gardening.
Observe growth: take the time to notice the resilience of plants which can provide a sense of hope, perspective and your personal renewal.
Spend 10 to 15 minutes just sitting in your garden without gardening just observe your environment.
