Beyond the Horizon Book Club

This is a great way to learn how and why story structure works, and sometimes doesn't work or deliver on promises. Each month, we choose a sci-fi novel, and during the live discussion, we analyze the book through the lens of the story escalation engine. And of course, deeper discussion and debate will ensue...

During our 'open season' here at Space Authors (ends August 15, 2026), this is free to all tiers. After August 15, this will only be available at Premium Tier or above.

Our first book is: Project Hail Mary, by Andy Weir. The first live meeting date: TBD. We feel it's best to see where people's schedules work best. Live discussion is best amongst a group of like-minded writers.

To be clear, the live meetings (accessible via Space Author calendar link), will occur once a month.
