Still organizing my VERY disorganized thiughts

We honor my brother Dave died last year, Navy Oak harbor Washington. This year we put our boys in trail life, a Christian Boy Scouts program and our girls in American heritage girls. It was an honor to put wreaths on veterans graves and to see the value of structure of a uniformed program to teach my kids honor God and our country, values of respect and discipline and the goal oriented work of earning badges, pins and levels through community service. I too as there dad embrace the structure of this sovereign savage group and the forge that makes us better. It would be easier if we didn’t have to run around as much and meet every Monday for the boys and tues for the girls, all the uniforms and the expense, and the parties and the hit the trail events and dedication to be on time in uniform, would be easier to get to just stay home, would be easier they just watch tv or be on electronics, it’s hard being part of something, it’s also hard to get them back from the world as it’s ways literally change and steal out kids from us and the values they should have in Christ. Choose your hard☝️🫡⚔️🦅👑

Just sharing some awareness of myself love you guys. It’s a long ones don’t feel pressured to watch it or comment.

BREAK THE OLD MAN FRAME: The old man in me built useful skills from fear, insecurity, and self-hate—growth on the outside, weakness on the inside. FEEL: I feel sadness. Heaviness on my heart. I lead others with love and passion, yet when it comes to my own growth, I default to driving myself with anger and self-hate. It works, but it’s not God’s way. FACE: Self-hate has no place in my purpose. It keeps me from becoming a pure, steady blue flame before my Heavenly Father. FORGE: I will daily remember the Lord’s sacrifice—His suffering born from love and compassion. From now on, I’ll sharpen my abilities for His glory, fueled by gratitude, not hatred. I will endure in service, not in self-hate.
