FRAME — Truth Revealed
The truth I’ve been avoiding is this:
My desire to make my family proud has turned into pressure — and that pressure has become internal anger.
I dwell on old failures and “what ifs,” and instead of driving growth, they feed self-hate.
I know my past doesn’t define me.
Only what I choose to do from here forward matters.
I’ve been consistent in breaking old habits and taking daily action —
but I’ve allowed anger to remain unchallenged.
FEEL — Internal Response
I feel tension — not confusion.
A clear awareness that discipline without inner alignment still leaves fractures.
I feel the cost of carrying anger forward — and the readiness to confront it instead of managing it.
FACE — What Must Die
What must die is:
- dwelling on the past
- anger disguised as motivation
- stress mistaken for responsibility
- flesh-led reactions instead of spirit-led decisions
I refuse to be ruled by my flesh.
I refuse to keep pretending progress alone equals freedom.
FORGE — Action & Commitment
I choose obedience over impulse.
I choose presence over rumination.
I will become more focused, intentional, and present — in body, being, balance, and business.
I will rise awake.
I will align my actions with God’s plan.
I will prove I’m done pretending by living forward, not reliving backward.
