I used the model here of “send a video” encouragement to our grandma who we had to take to the hospital this morning on emergency gall bladder attack. I encouraged our family in our group chat to send a 1-2 min video to Grandma of what she means to them and what they’re looking forward to doing together when she gets out of the hospital. Pay it forward!
