Low level meditator looking for new tricks
Up to this point, meditation for me has been 'Begin again' and 'Observe the contents of consciousness' but don't engage with it, just observe how sounds, thoughts, feelings, inner voice, etc. arise and then fall away - and try to find the 'center' of consciousness and then not find it. I love the peace that I feel when I meditate, and I am looking to grow in my meditation practice.
