One of the most common questions. The answer is surprisingly simple (or AN answer, at least). ---Increase your motivation--- 1) Learn the benefits of meditation 2) Determine why YOU want to meditate. 3) Establish that meditation will work for that issue. 4) Set a specific time - morning is best for several reasons (before other stuff interferes, mind is fresh and open, & if you get sidetracked, you have all day to still do your session). 4a) - I need this time undisturbed 5) Create a dedicated space - tell family 6) Learn the technique. 7) Learn how to improve your meditation over time. 8) Finally - commit to 21 days every day practice.
