I know not everyone can come to an in person session, or may not have the financial means to participate. And sometimes we just need something for the in between!

- How easy was it to navigate the platform and find the tracks you were looking for? (Very Easy / Easy / Neutral / Hard / Very Hard)
- Did the “Start Here” page clearly explain how to use the tracks in each room? (Yes / Somewhat / No – please share more below)
- What kind of support or experience are you most looking for in your wellness right now? (examples : more sleep, emotional healing, consistency, stress relief, spiritual connection, etc.)
- Which room(s) did you use first, and how did it make you feel afterward?
- Was there anything that confused or frustrated you while using the platform?
- What would make you want to come back and use this regularly?
- What types of future tracks, challenges, or content would you love to see in this space? (example : daily rituals, short morning boosts, themed wellness journeys, etc.)
