3 Day Stillness Challenge Starts TOMORROW!

I'm excited to welcome you to our very first LIVE – Three Day Stillness Challenge!

We begin tomorrow! Tuesday, December 9 - Thursday, December 11 at 12 PM CST/1 PM EST for about 15 to 30 minutes.

Will have the opportunity to connect, and a moment of stillness together to support you in retraining, your nervous system in how it works with stress, and creating new wellness practices that you can continue the rest of the month.
