I’m feeling called to invite our community into a collective reset + healing experience, and I’d love to do this together.
I’d like to host two optional 3-Day Water Fast Challenges:
February 7–9 February 21–23
You can choose to join one or both, listen to your body and spirit.
According to Dr. Jin W. Sung, a 72-hour fast has profound benefits, including:

To support one another, I’m thinking we do short Zoom check-ins twice a day:
  • Morning (intention + encouragement)
  • Night (reflection + accountability) About 15 minutes each
This will be a safe, supportive space, no pressure, just community, presence, and alignment.
