5-Minute Reset
I’m gonna jump on live at 6:30 AM EST for 5 minutes of silence. A 5-minute daily reset. I do it every day to start my day and I thought maybe people would like to join me.💕
This is a small gift I give myself before I start my workday. I’m hoping my reception / connection will be good. If for some reason, it is not, please give yourself five minutes of total silence, to go within.
Everyone can give themselves five minutes.
