I have a few potential clients that are in the locksmithing business. They really need everything. Their website isn't built to convert and isn't capturing leads or anything, they basically have a phone number, text, and photos. They are new businesses for the most part so don't have a lot of money coming in yet. I was thinking of giving them a free website, with hosting and CRM (GHL duh!) for $97/month if they are interested. I want to be able to offer them automations and email blasts to leads/clients. I was going to offer google business optimization with email review follow ups, automated response for reviews, posting reviews to social media, and also generated video with image and speech, plus posting on google business profile, Citations, and also blog posting for his website. My problem is what to charge. I want to be able to do it in stages as they grow, but I'm not sure how I want to price the services separately and how much a discount if they take all the services. Anyone have any suggestions? And any other service suggestions I'm all ears. I have one of the websites built, I used it as a trial to test GHL's lovable wannabe. Thanks

Anyone here with Real estate experience? I'm curious, do most real estate agents link to one MLS site? or do they have their own? If they link to a central database, any idea how much it cost? I have been having luck with Real estate agents lately, and I'd like to learn more. I noticed a lot of real estate agents don't have websites but want websites. So I'm on a fact finding mission. I have two I'm about to do google business optimization for, but both of them just purchased a new website from someone. I see several others who are looking to buy as well. Any knowledge someone could pass along would be awesome. TIA.
