Onboarding
I tested letting a client handle onboarding themselves after setup instead of doing it all for them.
I sent clear instructions and tracked results quietly.
Outcome: client actually completed more correctly than when I did it for them.
They stayed engaged. I spent less time babysitting. Is this a good thing btw
