Help please

Hi there,

I’m hoping you can help me with an issue I’ve run into while creating a video.

I selected my book, went through the video creation process, and chose the Listicle format. The platform generated a script, but before I had a chance to review and approve it, I had to step away for a meeting.

When I came back, the script was gone and the video had not been created. Since I never approved the script, I assumed I could simply start over. However, when I try to create a new video, the system shows that I’ve already used the Listicle option, even though the video was never generated and I never got to use the script.

This has actually happened twice now—once with a top-of-funnel sample and now again with a middle-of-funnel video.

I’m wondering:

• Is there a way to recover the script that was generated?• Can you see the script on your end?• Is there a workaround that would allow me to use the Listicle format again since the video was never completed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m excited to continue creating content with the platform and just want to make sure I’m not missing something.
