Six days in a row for me..... Things seem to be getting easier. The sits go faster.
Today, my dad got up early and started banging around and playing with the dog - so I had to really draw in to my breath and how it felt moving across my upper lip.
We do this to train our brains and nervous systems (i.e. the whole body and environment) to stay present in every moment.
