Today I talked a little bit about Micro-wins. Andrew Huberman calls them Micro-Sucks ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿš€
If you enjoy it - it doesn't really change your brain structure (even if it is still good for you)
If it sucks - (I don't wanna ๐Ÿ˜ฉ) - and you do it anyway - that changes your brain structure and dopamkine pathways and leads to even greater wins in life ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŒˆ
Try it out. Make it small. Don't hurt yourself (or anyone else ๐Ÿ’œ)
