If you enjoy it - it doesn't really change your brain structure (even if it is still good for you)
If it sucks - (I don't wanna ๐ฉ) - and you do it anyway - that changes your brain structure and dopamkine pathways and leads to even greater wins in life ๐๐๐
Try it out. Make it small. Don't hurt yourself (or anyone else ๐)
