What do you do to bring yourself some calm and focus each day or at any given moment?
Sitting meditation is just one thing, one practice and it's not for everyone. For many years I had to move (still do) - but kind of couldn't see the point of sitting in stillness, especially since the whole universe, life and our bodies are in constant motion.
