Hey gorgeous
A word of encouragement for you today. When people ask me "what it's like" to own and run a growing company my mind immediately goes to Ginger Rogers response when she was asked what it was like to "dance with Fred Astaire?" Her response makes me side smile, "I did everything he did, but backwards and in high heels." Right? 😉 So...yea...we do what others do. We manage employees, make sales, create products and services and we do it secondarily to our first most important job (priority) which is raising our kids and families as solo parents - often playing the role of both mother AND father. How do we do it? By the grace of God! Why do we do it? What are the other options? Should we do it alone? Never. I'm excited about building this sisterhood with you. Love you

Welcome to Solo Boss Mom. I’m really glad you’re here.
This community was created for women who carry responsibility—solo moms and primary breadwinners who lead, provide, decide, and often do so without many people around them who truly understand that weight. This is a place where you can connect with other high-capacity women, think out loud, and share honestly—without spiraling or shrinking. We laugh here (because sometimes you have to), but we stay grounded in clarity, leadership, and forward movement. Please take a moment to read the community guidelines, introduce yourself when you’re ready, and engage in a way that feels authentic and respectful. This is not a venting space, and it’s not a place to pitch or solicit clients. It is a space for thoughtful conversation, meaningful connection, and leadership growth. Welcome. You’re in the right room. — Stephanie

When You Are The Plan...
Mother’s Day means something a little different when you’re the one carrying everything. When there is no backup. When your strength isn’t a personality trait—it’s survival. I look at this photo and see so much more than a moment in time. I see the years of figuring it out. The pressure. The decisions. The sacrifices no one sees or applauds. The nights holding it together because there wasn’t another option. And I also see the greatest honor of my life—being their mother. To the solo moms building businesses, raising children, paying bills, making impossible decisions, and still showing up every single day… what you are doing is extraordinary. Not because it looks impressive, but because - it's hard. It requires courage. Because even when no one sees the weight, you keep carrying it. Motherhood and entrepreneurship are both acts of faith. Doing both alone requires a kind of strength most people will never fully understand, but I promise you, it's SO worth it! Today, I hope you feel celebrated. But even if no one says it loud enough, let me say it: I see you. I respect you. And you are doing better than you think. Happy Mother’s Day ❤️ #mothersday #solobossmom #singlemomlife #womeninbusiness #mompreneur #workingmom #motherhood #entrepreneurship #strongwomen p.s. there's a Free - 15 minutes Solo Mom Resent in the comments - my gift to you
