I'm in and I'm building

Hi! I am Bhea Steyn. I am from a small town in the Free State.

I want to have a health and wellness coaching business to help women get through the daily overwhelm. I come from a place where my life was complete chaos because of life circumstances. Because of constant stress and overwhelm, I developed health issues and was looking for a place to help me reset.

This eventually lead me to coahing, and here I am. In the process of building something new.
