Good morning I try not to negotiate with my feelings ,but after today's C.O.R.E reset meditation I'm going to take it slow today. In an attempt to improve just 1% of my life/fitness daily ,I had committed to 30-35min of intense workout from Mon-fri ,today I'm going to listen to my body . I feel guilty though.๐Ÿ˜
