It will be shaped by the choices you make when you're tired. The standards you hold when nobody is watching. The promises you keep to yourself. So today, prepare your mind before you prepare your schedule. Decide who you are. Decide what you stand for. Decide what you will no longer tolerate from yourself. What Are You Giving to Life?
Most people ask, “What can I get from life?” But maybe the better question is: What am I giving to life? A meaningful life is not built only by money, success, or achievements. It is built by the contributions we make every day. The time we give to our family. The attention we give to our work. The kindness we give to a friend. The encouragement we give to someone who feels alone. The effort we give to becoming better than we were yesterday. In life, we are either taking or giving. And one of the keys to a successful and fulfilled life is this: Never take more than you give. When we shift our focus from what we want to receive to what we can contribute, something changes inside us. We begin to live with more purpose. More peace. More gratitude. More growth. So today, take a moment and ask yourself: Where can I give more? Not to be noticed. Not to be praised. But because contribution is what makes life meaningful. My area this week is giving more stillness. I think we underestimate how much people need someone to just be present with them. No fixing. No advice. Just space to be heard. That is what I want to contribute more of this week. 🧡
Something happened this week that I cannot stop thinking about 🌿
This week reminded me why I do this. I got to connect with women who are carrying so much. Different stories. Different seasons. But the same quiet ache underneath it all. And what struck me is this. The moment we say it out loud in a safe space, something shifts. We realize we are not broken. We are not alone. We are just human. That is the power of this community.
