What this space means to me!
I felt called to create a video today that speaks to what this space means to me. I’m learning new software so I’m sure my video style will shift as I do. But for today, the message is more important than aesthetic. I’m not glamorous, I don’t wear makeup, I know I’m prone to rambling… but I am 100% real. I’m as authentic as I know to be. I don’t appeal to everyone but I will to some. But I come to you open, vulnerable, and inspired. Welcome to my sacred space within the infinite! What is being demanded of me at this time is honesty. Not hiding behind the fluff. I mean being raw and real about my experiences. If you are a fellow seeker, I welcome you here. ❤️ ~ Daisy 🌼

Apples & Almond Butter
Some days call for light, simple nourishment. Apples with vanilla almond butter hits the spot! You get the incredible value of raw apples and concentrated almonds with a splash of vanilla. Great as a snack or light breakfast/dinner!! All you need is organic apples (cosmic crisp are my favorites) and Maranatha Vanilla Almond Butter. Dip apples in the almond butter and enjoy!!

How do you never eat meat??
I don’t. I do eat meat on occasion. Just not every day. One fact I found out as I tried just about every trending diet out there is, if you eliminate anything, you disrupt the balance. The body suffers. If you forbid yourself anything, you will lose. So why do I talk so much about high-frequency eating if I eat low-frequency foods sometimes? Because the body and mind need balance. I listen to what I’m craving (which doesn’t happen often) and I honor it. Yesterday, I was craving tacos. Yes, the hard shell crunchy ones. So I decided I’d fast from solid food until my digestion peaked for lunch. I made the tacos. The fast food ones hurt my stomach, so I wanted my homemade ones. 😋 I ate the tacos. I loved the tacos. And I gave thanks for the animal and the plants that made it possible to have them. Nourishing your body is a dance. It’s when you stray too far one way or the other where it gets imbalanced. I eat very clean, but two days a week, I give myself the freedom to enjoy a craving or to eat with the crowd at my job or with family on holidays or when I’m enjoying myself on vacation. I use supplements to help my digestion since I have no gall bladder and that prevents any backup I might feel. The one thing I have found that really messes my body up is soda pop. It bloats me like nothing else. Meat is a close second. I even did an experiment recently. I ate very clean and had 10oz of Coke with my very clean meal. I did this once a day for 5 days. I looked 4 or 5 months pregnant. My belly was distended and fat deposits showed up in only 5 days. Then, I stopped and went back to clean eating with the lemon vitality elixir as my drink. In 3 days, my bloat reduced by 50%. Hopefully by vacation, the rest will be gone too. 😂 However, the experiment showed that the one acidic food that gets my body the most is soda pop. Anything carbonated. Break the addiction and find solace in the nourishment from Source. ❤️

Living Light Lemon Vitality Elixir
I wanted to add a lemon drink designed for gentle detoxification, but is filled with the power of the sun. You can charge this outside in the sun to add frequency to it. Please make sure you use a glass jar or pitcher. The sun will leach chemicals and microplastics out of plastic containers era that are known carcinogens and hormone disrupters. Living Light Lemon Vitality Elixir A High-Frequency Cleansing Drink (Inspired by traditional cleansing tonics, reimagined for nourishment and balance) Vitality Level: 5 Element: Sun + Fire + Water This gentle cleansing drink supports hydration, digestion, and natural detox pathways while still providing light nourishment. It can be enjoyed in the morning or throughout the day as a refreshing tonic. Ingredients: 2 cups filtered water (room temperature or slightly warm) Juice of ½ fresh lemon 1–2 teaspoons pure maple syrup Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional) Tiny pinch of mineral salt (optional) Instructions: 1. Pour water into a glass or jar. 2. Add fresh lemon juice and maple syrup. 3. Stir gently until combined. 4. Add cayenne and mineral salt if using. 5. Sip slowly and mindfully. Why It Works! • Lemon supports liver function and digestion • Maple syrup provides gentle energy and trace minerals • Cayenne stimulates circulation and digestive fire • Mineral salt supports hydration and electrolyte balance This combination creates a drink that is both cleansing and lightly nourishing, rather than depleting. How to Use in a High-Frequency Way: Instead of using this as a strict “cleanse,” you can incorporate it as: • a morning awakening drink • a midday reset beverage • part of a gentle detox day This keeps the body supported rather than restricted. Important Gentle Guidance: Very restrictive cleanses can sometimes leave the body feeling depleted. In the Living Light Kitchen, the goal is to: • support the body • nourish gently • avoid extremes This drink works best when paired with light, whole foods rather than used as total meal replacement for long periods.
