A Moment of Gratitude: Sharing My Stress Management Journey
Today I woke up feeling deeply grateful, and I felt called to share this with all of you. Here’s a short video from my presentation during the Stress Management class coached by @Pari Patri, where I spoke about stress, different types of stress, resilience, and coherence. If you resonate with this, I warmly invite you to join the course scheduled for the coming fall. The learnings from this course can truly help us manage stress in our day-to-day lives using simple, practical coping techniques — and more importantly, help us pass this awareness on to others. Together, we can move toward creating a more balanced, stress-aware world, while staying rooted in the core values and foundation of PSSM.
