Intro
Hey guys, I'm Alakh from London and living in Budapest the past 2 years. I moved thinking it would allow me to socialize more and break out of the belief system where socializing/dating is bad as my parents had an arranged marriage from a different part of the world and was shamed for having sexual desire.
However the trauma from not fitting in school/bullying caused a constant anxiety/fear which led me to isolation and never having had a relationship or being on a date. My goal is to overcome that subconscious programming that makes me feel shame/anxiety when trying to socialize with women so that I can be whole/autonomous.
