Time saving method for outreach

Hi all—I’ve been struggling with keeping up with all the conversations from cold outreach and follow-ups, and I wondered if a lot of people here have been too.

I spent some time working through it last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it:

I set up an AI inbox filter that tags and prioritizes replies that actually matter (instead of wasting time on dead ends).
I connected it with a lightweight CRM tool that automatically logs each lead so I don’t have to copy-paste messages.
I built a simple automation that drafts personalized responses I can quickly edit and send, instead of starting from scratch every time.

This has already saved me hours and stopped me from missing potential leads that used to slip through the cracks.
