Meta Rep Needed

Hi yall,

I’m working with a new client and his Meta ads account was restricted right after I set him up. He’s never ran ads before, so I’m not sure if that’s why it’s restricted or what. None the less, we’re 5 days into the review process and no word back from Meta. Obviously this is a huge problem and I need to get it fixed asap but have no clue how to get it resolved. Has anyone experienced this before and found a way through it? Does anyone have a Meta ads rep I can connect with? Any help would be appreciated!
