Account Executive (Closer) – Remote (US)
OTE: $8-$15k (based on historical .. lots of room for growth)

We’re Nordic Nexuz, a lead generation agency that helps businesses scale without the usual grind. We run advanced outbound campaigns, handle everything from data to copy to deliverability, and deliver one clear outcome: qualified sales meetings.
The Role:
You’ll step into a high-volume, deal-closing position where the focus is simple: take the meetings we generate for ourselves, run the calls, and close new clients. From the moment a meeting is booked in the CRM, you own the process until the deal is signed.
Responsibilities:
• Run 120–184 pre-booked sales meetings per month with prospects interested in our services.
• Own the full sales cycle: proposals, pipeline management, follow-ups, rescheduling, etc. when needed.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Consistently hit closing targets: 25% close rate or 20 closed deals/month.
Requirements:
• Proven sales/closing experience in digital agencies or B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• CRM familiarity and disciplined pipeline management.
• Understanding of outbound sales and cold email basics (we’ll teach you our system).
