What’s going on everyone?

My name is Travis. I’m a full time real estate investor, focused mainly on acquisitions and structuring deals in small markets. I’ve been in the business for about 8 years now, and everything I know came from being in the field. Driving for dollars, having real conversations, messing up, learning, and staying consistent until things started to click. I primarily operate in smaller markets where deals aren’t always obvious. Fewer buyers, tighter margins, and less room for guessing. You have to actually understand what you’re doing and think through deals the right way.

Alongside me is my partner David, who’s been a big part of building this as well. We work together on deals and share the same approach when it comes to keeping things simple, honest, and effective.

What I focus on is simple: Real conversations, Clear thinking on deals, Consistent action.
