Engagement Hack

@Dr. Stephanie Murauskas and following my meeting with the amazing @Calvin Hollywood who was so generous to share so much information on how to manage and grow your community. I thought I'd pass on a few ideas.
Today's, is very simple. Who doesn't have people join their community then - SILENCE!
So when someone joins your community and you DM them, put a 48hr limit on 'introducing themselves' or whatever else you ask them to do.
Calvin tested this and found engagement significantly increased. The thinking behind it, is that adding urgency encourages people/FOMO and without the urgency message, if they hadn't engaged within 48 hrs then they're unlikely to do so. Simple 😁
