Trace It Tuesday (A Tiny, Teasing Peek)
Inside Simcha Healthcare today, I'm tracing the signals your body sends, the cravings, the dips, the tension, the moods, and following them back to a time before we were born and the pattern underneath. Not the symptom. Not the story. The time. The pattern. For example: Why does your jaw clamp like itâs preparing for a medieval duel, while youâre just answering emails? Why does your mood drop like a bad WiFi connection? Why does your body act like a glucose dip is a bear attack? Hereâs the twist I'm adding today: Some of these patterns arenât âmodern problems.â Theyâre evolutionary leftovers, ancient survival codes firing in a world with Skool notifications and oat milk lattes. Your jaw isnât tense because youâre dramatic. Itâs tense because your nervous system still thinks saberâtoothed tigers are a thing. Your 3pm fog? Thatâs your mitochondria politely saying, âHey, donât ask me to digest lunch and solve problems at the same time.â Our ancestors didn't do this. I'm mapping those patterns today. And the evolutionary reveals are honestly hilarious. Your body isnât malfunctioning. Itâs ancient, and a little overenthusiastic. If you want the full story, the patterns, the lab lenses, and the evolutionary plot twists, youâll have to come inside. Todayâs class is one of those days when you say âoh, my physiology is a time traveler." I will be scarce later today as we are having the funeral today, so I may be behind in answering DM's or comments.
