Wrinkle in Time Wednesday
Ever wake up and look in the mirror and say, "What the hell happened?" Ever wonder why by Wednesday your face, mood, digestion, and motivation all start acting like they’re in separate group chats? That’s your cells filing performance reviews. Inside your body are three aging clocks quietly ticking away. One for your energy, one for your mood/inflammation, and one for your puffiness/clarity. And depending on which one is freaking out, you’ll look and feel very different. Some communities talk about live calls. Some talk about the classroom. Some talk about GIF wars. Meanwhile, your cells are like: “We’re aging in real time and nobody’s checking on us.” I do things differently. I actually teach people how to read those clocks, and slow them down. If you’re curious, which clock is aging you the fastest (and why your face knows before you do) you might want to peek inside. https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about

I have crossed the threshold for being Prediabetic
I have been teetering on the edge of a prediabetic condition for a couple years. I have been doing a lot of research on the topic and decided to write an eBook. I hope it will be helpful to people in a similar situation. The CDC estimates that one in three adults are prediabetic and nearly 80% of those don't know it! Here's the cover for my book and CH.1

Sunday Supplements: What Your Body Is Actually Asking For
Happy February - 47 days left until SPRING! I'm ready. It's 6 degrees (F) this morning. 🥶 Before you add another supplement to your cart today, pause. Your body is whispering something, and it’s not "buy more pills" and I sell them 😂 Today I'm decoding signals, not accumulate bottles. The Real Question Isn’t “What Should I Take?" It’s “What System Is Asking for Support?" Most people supplement by symptom, but the body speaks in systems: 1. What system is speaking? Energy? Digestion? Mood? Hormones? Sleep? 2. What pathway is involved? Mitochondria? Detox? Electrolytes? Circadian? 3. What cofactors does this pathway require? Magnesium? B vitamins? Minerals? Protein? 4. What lifestyle rhythm is missing? Sleep? Light? Hydration? Movement? Meals? 5. Is a supplement actually needed, or am I trying to shortcut physiology? A Sunday Supplement Secret Okay, I’ll give you one piece of insider information from our Sunday class. Just one. And only because I know you’ll think about it all day. There’s a supplement, I won’t name it, that everyone thinks is for “relaxation.” Cute. Adorable, even. But here’s the twist: It doesn’t actually do the thing you think it does. It does something way more important, upstream in a pathway you’ve probably never heard of, that controls about 90% of the symptom you’re trying to fix. And when that pathway is sluggish? You can take this supplement until your credit card starts smoking, but nothing will change. But when the pathway is open? It’s like flipping a breaker back on in a house you didn’t realize was half‑powered. I won’t spill the whole thing here (my community would riot), but I will leave you with this: If you’re taking supplements without knowing which system is speaking, you’re basically sending flowers to the wrong organ. That’s all I’m saying. The rest is behind the door. If you want the rest of the story, you know where the door is. I left the light on. 💡 https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about
Sunday Supplements: What Your Body Is Actually Asking For
Trace It Tuesday (A Tiny, Teasing Peek)
Inside Simcha Healthcare today, I'm tracing the signals your body sends, the cravings, the dips, the tension, the moods, and following them back to a time before we were born and the pattern underneath. Not the symptom. Not the story. The time. The pattern. For example: Why does your jaw clamp like it’s preparing for a medieval duel, while you’re just answering emails? Why does your mood drop like a bad WiFi connection? Why does your body act like a glucose dip is a bear attack? Here’s the twist I'm adding today: Some of these patterns aren’t “modern problems.” They’re evolutionary leftovers, ancient survival codes firing in a world with Skool notifications and oat milk lattes. Your jaw isn’t tense because you’re dramatic. It’s tense because your nervous system still thinks saber‑toothed tigers are a thing. Your 3pm fog? That’s your mitochondria politely saying, “Hey, don’t ask me to digest lunch and solve problems at the same time.” Our ancestors didn't do this. I'm mapping those patterns today. And the evolutionary reveals are honestly hilarious. Your body isn’t malfunctioning. It’s ancient, and a little overenthusiastic. If you want the full story, the patterns, the lab lenses, and the evolutionary plot twists, you’ll have to come inside. Today’s class is one of those days when you say “oh, my physiology is a time traveler." I will be scarce later today as we are having the funeral today, so I may be behind in answering DM's or comments. Fallout Friday
Because apparently everything in modern life is trying to flirt with your hormones. You don’t have to be a health nerd to appreciate this one. If you’re ANYONE that lives in this world, this one’s for you. If you don't live in this world, I would like to meet you. Let’s talk about the environmental toxins that show up in your life like uninvited coworkers on Zoom, yes that happens. I'll give you one: Flame Retardants (PBDEs) Where they hide: couches, mattresses, carpets, electronics, clothes, children's pajamas. Mechanisms: - Disrupt thyroid hormone transport - Impair T4 > T3 conversion - Accumulate in fat + breast milk - Alter synaptic plasticity Clinical fallout: thyroid drag, brain fog, fertility issues. Your couch is flame-retardant. Unfortunately, so is your thyroid and brain now. Holy crap! There are more... If you want the clinical breakdown behind toxins, the detox systems, the “why does my couch affect my thyroid” science, that’s literally what I do inside my community. Come learn how these environmental toxins affect your body with enough humor to keep your cortisol from filing a complaint. What Do We Do When Toxins Are Everywhere? The answer is here...click that link https://www.skool.com/simcha-healthcare-3222/about
