Inside Simcha Healthcare today, I'm tracing the signals your body sends, the cravings, the dips, the tension, the moods, and following them back to a time before we were born and the pattern underneath.
Not the symptom.
Not the story.
The time.
The pattern.
For example:
Why does your jaw clamp like it’s preparing for a medieval duel, while you’re just answering emails?
Why does your mood drop like a bad WiFi connection?
Why does your body act like a glucose dip is a bear attack?
Here’s the twist I'm adding today:
Some of these patterns aren’t “modern problems.”
They’re evolutionary leftovers, ancient survival codes firing in a world with Skool notifications and oat milk lattes.
Your jaw isn’t tense because you’re dramatic.
It’s tense because your nervous system still thinks saber‑toothed tigers are a thing.
Your 3pm fog?
That’s your mitochondria politely saying,
“Hey, don’t ask me to digest lunch and solve problems at the same time.” Our ancestors didn't do this.
I'm mapping those patterns today.
And the evolutionary reveals are honestly hilarious.
Your body isn’t malfunctioning.
It’s ancient, and a little overenthusiastic.
If you want the full story, the patterns, the lab lenses, and the evolutionary plot twists, you’ll have to come inside. Today’s class is one of those days when you say “oh, my physiology is a time traveler."
I will be scarce later today as we are having the funeral today, so I may be behind in answering DM's or comments.
