@James Blackburn shared this one community he is a part of that has a course about building a community. I joined immediately: https://www.skool.com/communityleadership/about?ref=915dc17a2c5144d0bd577ad6d5c2fa82 I jumped on the bandwagon to learn another perspective and explore how they run the community. It has a free trial and a seven day challenge that is time released. Its really interesting. I'm doing a breakdown of all of it, but I will also share that the message itself is wonderful. Quick easy lesson for us all, which is a great lesson for anyone looking to get into business, test the waters first. 1. Start a free community 2. Experiment and learn 3. Create a waitlist for 4. If you have at least 20-30 hell yeahs then go for it Also, number 1 rule is to have fun. Because its less pressure and you will need fun to keep you going on those long stretches that make you feel like quitting. More to come, but figured I would share.

What's up, Skool Dads
Hey guys, newbie here. I have a question for y'all... I coach HS & college baseball players (focus on hitting) and my community feels mostly like me coaching kids up and less community. Besides talking up the leaderboard and handing out gifts for leaderboard winners, any tips on how to make my community more engaging and active? We have 180 kids in it right now, around 30 of them are paying me around 2k package for 6 months. Thanks in advance!

Today we hold a funeral.. 😔
For the lie that “someone else will take care of it.” Rest in Peace, “Someone Else” A Bagged & Tagged Reflection There is a quiet phrase that weakens men without them realizing it: “Someone else will take care of it.” “That’s not my job.” “My wife will handle that.” “I’ll address that when the kids are older.” “I’ll get serious about God later.” It doesn’t feel like rebellion. It feels like delay. But delay slowly becomes neglect, and neglect quietly erodes the man God called us to be. So today we hold a funeral. Not for a person. For a mindset. Rest in peace, “someone else.” Obedience is Proactive Many people think obedience to God simply means avoiding sin. But biblical obedience is active. It means stepping forward when something needs to be done. Even when it’s inconvenient. Even when you don’t feel like it. Even when no one is watching. That is discipline. Discipline is doing what is required, not what is comfortable. Scripture Galatians 6:5 “For each will have to bear his own load.” God gives every man responsibilities that no one else can carry. Your faith. Your character. Your leadership. And Scripture shows us the posture of a man who accepts that responsibility: Joshua 24:15 “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua didn’t wait for someone else. He stepped forward. The Man Who Shows Up A man of God doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. He shows up. He opens the Word when he’s tired. He disciplines his body when motivation fades. He leads his family even when he feels inadequate. Not because he wants to. Because it’s required. Bagged & Tagged Truth Being Tagged means you belong to Christ. Being Bagged means you live above reproach. But neither happens while waiting for someone else. They happen when a man decides: “If God placed it in my life, I will carry it.” ****Reflection**** Where have you been waiting for “someone else”? And what responsibility will you step into today? Rest in peace, “someone else.”

Why Skool Dads is worth it
What I love about what @Ryan Carnohan built here is that it helps us find our tribe, receive feedback and help each other. I just hosted a Fail Bank webinar and no one was there. Until @James Blackburn rides in on his mighty steed. I shared my presentation and we walked through a Fail Bank deposit and we grew together. Thank you for your support @James Blackburn. Here is the link to the recording: https://www.skool.com/momentum-reset/live-workshop-recording-fail-bank-deposit-day?p=928df6eb And if you want to open a Fail Bank branch I've attached a starter kit.
