The simplest way to keep members from leaving
It's really not about trying to constantly provide new content to your members.
It's about being there for them if they need you.
Try this:
  • Pick a day and put a 'Ask a Question', 'Coffee Break' or some other meeting on the Calendar.
  • You don't need to prepare anything, just be there in case someone needs guidance.
Things may go slow at first, but over time they will pick up and your members will feel more comfortable to hop on and chat.
Here's why this works better than building another course:
- You can connect with your members and help solve their issues in real-time.
- Members feel seen and heard (which is why they stay).
- It takes zero prep time for you.
Are you doing this in your groups?
