🌅 Morning Movement = Fat Loss Accelerator (Most People Skip This) 🚶‍♂️📚
This morning started exactly how I like it… a one-hour walk with my Dutch Shepherd, Nala 🐕, getting some sunlight, moving my body, and even taking a few minutes to FaceTime my girls ❤️—which gave me a moment to practice gratitude.
And it reminded me why Morning Movement + Education is one of the most powerful KPAs in our entire system.

Morning sunlight isn’t just “nice to have”… it’s biological fuel.
Early in the morning, you’re getting more infrared light (think red light therapy 🔴) with less intense UV exposure due to the angle of the sun. This does a few key things:
