everyone celebrates wins. wins are good. we want them. but the road to success is paved with failures, many, many, of them. so, we are here normalizing failures. no. we are not just normalizing, we are celebrating them. what is failure? FAILURE is an action - something you did - and the result was not what you expected/wanted to be. Capiche? we are NOT: - celebrating procrastination - celebrating waiting for someone or smth to save us with that... what's your FAILURE from last week that you should celebrate - and we can celebrate together? as always, i will start

I just had a conversation with @Lidia Axe as I was confused and I was about to abandon the idea of my skool community. The challenge is that my main priority is my youtube channel and AI consultancy. I feared that I would waste lots of time on Skool, and I would not be able to give my focus to my core business. After conversation with Lidia (omg she is an amazing coach!!) This is gonna sound weird. But it's real. I have a podcast... Coach-to-Coach Central - raw and honest conversations about starting a business. How cool is that?! It is cool. I know. Here is what I am good at: - finding cool guests - contacting cool guests (and making them say YES) - recording cool interviews Here is what I am crap at: - editing those episodes fast - publishing them fast - promoting these episodes So I feel like shit. No, I feel like double shit. Cause i have dozen + episodes with some really, really cool ppl ReCOrded. Sitting on my drive. I am awful. Terrible person. And I do not have a solution. PS Why am I telling you that? Cause I know, I will find the answer. And I also know you have same dirty secret, you don't want to tell. Here I am , telling you mine.
