Coffee Chat: APAC friendly is happening in 4 days
Remember when... 🤭
in April I posted that I would get to 100 members in 30 days... well, I just got there today. Obviously I didn't make it in 30 days. 😂 Not the timeline I had aimed for but still a win I'm proud of. Thanks to this community for the accountability, the advice on churn, the crawl that gave me 11 members in one night, and @Lidia Axe for all the great advice 🤩

I must go back to my podcast. What's your secret?
This is gonna sound weird. But it's real. I have a podcast... Coach-to-Coach Central - raw and honest conversations about starting a business. How cool is that?! It is cool. I know. Here is what I am good at: - finding cool guests - contacting cool guests (and making them say YES) - recording cool interviews Here is what I am crap at: - editing those episodes fast - publishing them fast - promoting these episodes So I feel like shit. No, I feel like double shit. Cause i have dozen + episodes with some really, really cool ppl ReCOrded. Sitting on my drive. I am awful. Terrible person. And I do not have a solution. PS Why am I telling you that? Cause I know, I will find the answer. And I also know you have same dirty secret, you don't want to tell. Here I am , telling you mine. So, tell me yours and let's find a solution ⬇️

This week
A real win this week has simply been watching people lead by example. I want to give flowers to @Lidia Axe for being a powerful reminder that consistency, encouragement, authenticity, and showing up with intention still matter. In a world where so many people are trying to be seen, there’s something refreshing about someone who focuses on genuinely helping others grow, connect, and move forward. What stands out to me most is not just the work itself, but the energy behind it. The willingness to pour into people. The willingness to create space for others to learn, sharpen themselves, and step into greater confidence. That type of leadership leaves a lasting impact. Sometimes your biggest win is not just what you accomplish personally, but who inspires you to keep elevating. This week reminded me that being around the right people matters. Seeing others operate with purpose, excellence, and generosity challenges all of us to level up in our own way. So thank you, Lidia Axe, for being a great example of leadership, community, and encouragement in action. The influence is seen and appreciated more than you probably realize.
Created my community after conversation with Lidia
I just had a conversation with @Lidia Axe as I was confused and I was about to abandon the idea of my skool community. The challenge is that my main priority is my youtube channel and AI consultancy. I feared that I would waste lots of time on Skool, and I would not be able to give my focus to my core business. After conversation with Lidia (omg she is an amazing coach!!) I got clarity on my strategy and positioning -- overall including YT and for Skool community specifically -- and yes, I it's life Ok, my Claude training is coming, but I got such an amazing feedback from you beautiful people and now I know how to make the tutorial even more useful and specific, so we are starting with creating your own ai assistant in chat product (not cowork or code at first) as a foundation for everything else. https://www.skool.com/the-ai-business-lab-8137/about
