Viral Dot Cake recipe!
Hey ladies! I made the viral dot cake and wanted to share the recipe with y'all! 21 grams of protein and 315 calories! INGREDIENTS Cake: ยฝ tbsp ground flaxseed + 1ยฝ tbsp water (flax egg) 1 oz Greek-style yogurt like Siggis coconut 4 tbsp unsweetened applesauce 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener ยผ tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 3 tbsp oat flour 1 tbsp birthday cake (or vanilla) protein powder 1 tsp birthday cake extract scant ยผ tsp baking soda pinch of salt Frosting: 2 oz yogurt 1 tbsp birthday cake (or vanilla) protein powder Topping: 3 tsp rainbow sprinkles (Supernatural Softies) INSTRUCTIONS Whisk the flaxseed + water and let sit 5 min until gloopy. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and grease a small loaf pan. Whisk together the yogurt, applesauce, monk fruit, lemon juice, and flax egg until smooth. Fold in the oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt โ€” don't overmix. Let the batter rest 5 min (oat flour needs it). Pour into the pan and bake 30โ€“40 min, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before assembling (warm cake = melty frosting). Stir the frosting yogurt + protein powder until smooth and thick. Build your jars: Flip a glass jar upside down and press the rim into the cake to punch out circles โ€” you want 4 layers per jar. Drop one cake circle in, add frosting, then repeat: cake, frosting, cake, frosting. Finish with a shower of sprinkles. ๐ŸŒˆ

Hi! Iโ€™m Brooke! Iโ€™m a first time SAHM! I love to eat and meaningful conversation! I enjoy reading, playing, and taking my little one to the library. Iโ€™m 6 mos into this journey so far, and Iโ€™m trying to take an approach to really honing the skill of homemaking. This transition has been hard, and i want to start atleast looking like a version of my self I love even though Iโ€™m an entirely different person now. This could be, 'I plan to lose X amount of weight by X time or 'I will get rid of all the junk food in my kitchen and replace it with healthy foods.'

Sorry I've been MIA!
Hey ladies! Sorry for my absence. Jack was sick with a bad virus and then I got really really sick, too. Alex got sick as well. I was so dehydrated yesterday that I had to go to a clinic to get IV fluids. My milk supply went dry but finally came back after I got fluids and anti nausea meds so I could eat and drink water and get electrolytes. It's been awful! Thank goodness I'm on the mend. I'm still feeling it but I know I'll be back to feeling better by tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing well! โค๏ธ
